Pricing is the one part of software that should be boring and predictable. Here's everything you'd want to know before signing up.

What happens if I exceed my provider count?

We never lock you out. You'll see a banner inviting you to add an extra-provider add-on ($15/mo each) or upgrade tiers — whichever is cheaper for your size.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No phone calls, no salesperson involvement.

Do you offer non-profit or rural-practice pricing?

Yes — 25% off any paid tier for 501(c)(3) clinics, FQHCs, and practices in HRSA-designated rural areas. Reply to your first invoice with your TIN and we'll apply it retroactively.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card and ACH for all plans. Annual billing also supports invoice + check. We do not currently support PO-driven procurement — if you need it, you're probably bigger than our target customer.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month plans are cancel-anytime. Annual plans run twelve months for the discount; we'll prorate-refund unused months if you cancel due to a service outage on our side.
